As one of the important equipment of the traction power supply system of electrified railways,the catenary provides power for high-speed trains running on the line.In the link where the problem occurs,once the contact network fails,it will cause disruption of railway operations and even major safety accidents.The daily detection of catenary geometric parameters is an important part of the detection of the operation status of the catenary.Keeping the geometric parameters of the catenary within a reasonable range is a prerequisite to ensure the good state of the bow-net relationship and the high-speed operation of the train.There are both connections and differences between the two.Dynamic detection focuses on the bow-net relationship and current flow status,and static detection focuses on the spatial position of the contact network.The main research content of this article is the static geometric parameter detection of on-vehicle catenary.In the course of the study,the current status of research at home and abroad is used for reference.Machine vision technology is mainly used as a research method.The theoretical principles of catenary geometric parameter detection and vehicle vibration detection are introduced.Its compensation for geometric parameters and comprehensive vehicle positioning detection are described,and the image recognition technology involved is explained.In order to better verify the function and accuracy of catenary geometric parameter detection and vehicle vibration detection,experiments are also set up in this article.Laboratory calibration and test platform,and briefly introduces the structure of the platform and calibration detection steps.The main innovation of this article is to apply the catenary geometric parameter detection device to the field inspection vehicle,realizing the real-time detection of the catenary static geometric parameters,the animation display and the preservation of the result data.Through supporting data analysis software,the result data file can be imported to further analyze the curve waveforms and numerical values of the geometric parameters of the catenary,query and screen out the warning value or limit value,and export the report for reference to relevant management and maintenance departments.This article also introduces the field application of the device.The geometric parameters of the contact network detected by the detection device are compared with the manual measurement values,and the correctness and data accuracy of the related functions are verified in actual use.As part of the detection function of the detection vehicle,the device will periodically check the Testing on high-speed rail lines improves detection efficiency and has great practical value.
