Whether China’s automobile manufacturing industry can truly become a pillar industry with world influence depends on the development of automobile parts industry.Without a strong and world-competitive procurement management system for automotive parts,it is difficult for China’s automotive manufacturing industry to have an international competitive advantage.After decades of transformation and adjustment,China’s automotive parts industry is changing to a modern enterprise with wide series and integration.Its domestic market supply has also stepped from a shortage to a relatively abundant surplus,and a small number of parts and components products have been exported to foreign markets.But the world automotive parts industry is also developing rapidly.Compared with the procurement management of automotive parts in developed countries,there is a huge gap in the procurement management of automotive parts in China,no matter in the procurement development mode,the key link of the procurement system.In this paper,supply chain management theory as a theoretical guide,mainly using research methods,literature review method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other research methods to study and analyze the performance evaluation of parts procurement in Southeast Automobile Company.Southeast Automobile Company was founded in November 1995.It was jointly funded by Fujian Automobile Industry Group Co.,Ltd.and Yulong Group.The registered capital of the company is $6030,with a total investment of more than $100 million.After more than 20 years of development,the current automobile product line of Southe ast Automobile Company has covered many fields such as SUV,car,commercial vehicle,etc.For example,Southeast New V5,Southeast DX3,Southeast DX7,Southeast V3 Lingyue,Southeast DX7 prime,Southeast Delica and other carriages,which effectively meet the different levels of consumer demand for automobile products.This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects: Firstly,it briefly introduces the research background and significance of the whole paper,the research status at home and abroad,BSC,KPI,FCE,AHP,etc.Then,it introduces the basic situation of Southeast Automobile Company,parts procurement process and requirements,and the main problems of parts procurement performance evaluation;secondly,it clarifies the parts acquisition of Southeast Automobile Company.On the basis of the construction principle of purchasing performance evaluation system,the selection of first-level indicators,second-level indicators and the weight value of each indicator are mainly completed by BSC,KPI,FCE and AHP,and a system suitable for the performance evaluation of the company’s parts purchasing is constructed.Finally,the first-level indicators and the whole of the company are evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.This paper makes a fuzzy analysis of the procurement performance evaluation,and draws a conclusion that the overall procurement performance of the company is good,and puts forward specific improvement countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening internal management and using modern science and technology,which has certain practical significance for improving the procurement efficiency of the company’s spare parts,reducing the production and operation cost of the enterprise and enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
