Design Of Performance Evaluation System For Automobile Parts In Manufacturing Enterprises

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the demand for circular economy,people pay more attention to the sustainable development of the economy,attach importance to the recycling of waste products,and then gradually enter the life of our manufacturing industry.Remanufacturing of auto parts is a high-tech method that passes the waste parts and components through remanufacturing technology to make the quality close to or even exceed the new parts.It can alleviate the serious problem caused by the lack of reasonable recycling and reuse of a large number of used cars and parts in China.Environmental and resource issues.Automotive parts remanufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly in our country.In order to gain an advantage in the increasingly fierce competition,we must have a comprehensive performance evaluation system that is in line with their strategic development as a guide.Saving resources and protecting the environment to achieve the development of circular economy is the strategic goal of auto parts remanufacturing enterprises and corporate social responsibility.Nowadays,the performance evaluation system of auto parts remanufacturing has problems such as single evaluation index,lack of environmental resource dimension assessment,disconnection from corporate strategy and inconspicuous industry characteristics.Therefore,based on the strategic analysis of the auto parts remanufacturing industry,this paper combines the balanced scorecard to draw a strategic map that is consistent with the development of auto parts remanufacturing.Integrate environmental performance into the enterprises performance evaluation system,and build a comprehensive performance evaluation system consisting of five dimensions: finance,customer,internal business process,learning and growth,environment and resources.And use the analytic hierarchy process to derive the weight of the indicators in the system.Then take A auto parts remanufacturing enterprise as an example,analyze the performance of A company and use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to score the performance of A company,analyze and make recommendations for the scoring results.The performance evaluation system helps A companies achieve their strategic goals and provide a reference for the performance evaluation of other companies in the auto parts remanufacturing industry.
