Research On Improvement Of Risk Management Of Purchasing Of ZZ Automobile Company

With the reform and opening-up and the entry of WTO,the automobile industry of our country has stepped into the fast track of development.Because of the complexity,long period and globalization of automobile supply chain,the safe and stable operation of automobile supply chain is easily affected by national policy,economic fluctuation,social environment,technology drive and so on.In recent years by covid-19,chips,raw material prices and other factors,automobile manufacturers are facing unprecedented challenges and pressure.As the primary link in the supply chain management of automobile manufacturing enterprises,procurement risk management has been paid much attention to by automobile manufacturing enterprises.ZZ Automobile Company,as a niche vehicle manufacturer,has a huge market competition pressure.Faced with the influence of external environment uncertainties,it improves continuously through itself,strengthening risk management has become a key factor for companies to participate in market competition.This paper takes ZZ Automobile Company as the research object,adopts literature reading method and case study method to conduct detailed reading and research on risk management,procurement management and related theories of procurement risk management;By analyzing the purchasing risk management process of ZZ Automobile Company,the existing problems of procurement risk management are summarized as follows: lack of identification of procurement risk,confusion of procurement risk assessment,inadequate procurement risk management and procurement risk monitoring.By analyzing the causes of the existing problems and according to the actual needs of the procurement risk management work of ZZ Automobile Company,this paper puts forward an improved scheme for the procurement risk management of ZZ Automobile Company,combining the methods of Delphi method and risk matrix analysis,a comprehensive procurement risk management system was constructed for ZZ Automobile.Finally,the guarantee measures are made for the implementation of the improvement scheme,and the effect of the improvement is briefly analyzed.This article establishes procurement risk assessment standards for ZZ Automobile Company and draws a procurement risk matrix diagram for ZZ Automobile Company;The procurement risk management strategy of ZZ Automobile Company has been clarified,with a focus on providing a detailed description of high-risk control strategies,providing risk response ideas and management tools for ZZ Automobile Company’s procurement personnel.
