The Research Of Construction Quality Management Of 500 Thousand Volt Electricity Transimission From Xuanhan To Dazhou

With the development of economy and technology,the use of electricity has penetrated into all aspects of social life and production.From the current situation,the rapid economic development in China is increasing demand for electricity,but at the same time,the construction speed of power supply has been far behind,and it is difficult to meet the demand of residents and enterprises.In order to achieve balanced and synchronous development of power supply and power grid,it is very important to focus on the speed and quality of power grid construction.Based on the project quality management related theory knowledge,analyzes the main methods of quality management of the project,the combination of XuanHan to Dazhou thousand volt transmission line project,detailed quality control plan and goal,analysis on various aspects of affecting the quality of project risk,and guarantee the quality of the relevant system,organization and security measures.Points based on casting,tower group,guide ground wire with the introduction process,process quality control and detail,on the basis of graphic,as a case study of ground guide with the combination of PDCA cycle dynamic control theory,with the model of the whole process of management,to analyze the quality control points,through quality control team to examine its control points,points out the weak link in construction process of existing and improved,and ultimately achieve the construction quality goal.At last,this paper elaborates on the current problems of transmission line construction and puts forward improvement measures based on its own concept,which provides scientific theories and methods for the quality and safety management of thousand volt transmission line project from Xuanhan to Dazhou,and provides certain guidance and reference for the management of transmission line project in the future.
