Quality Management Research Of YL Engineering Project

With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction of infrastructure is also in full swing,which has led to the development and progress of the construction industry.In the process of construction,engineering project management is particularly important,especially the management of project quality.Based on the principle of “a hundred years of planning and quality first”,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the status quo and solutions of project quality management.This paper takes the quality management of YL project as the research object,systematically analyzes and studies the status quo of quality management and control of YL project,introduces the project overview of the project,reveals the quality management problems existing in YL project,Aiming at the problems and vulnerabilities in quality management in YL engineering projects,a targeted solution was proposed.Firstly,through the research on the quality management of YL project,it reveals the shortcomings in the quality management of YL project,such as insufficient quality management system,improper selection of project subcontracting,loose personnel management,management problems of engineering materials and construction technology.The problem,etc.analyzed the reasons for its quality management problems.Based on this,the WBS decomposition of the YL project was carried out.Secondly,the quality management of YL project was systematically planned,the principle and goal of project quality were put forward,the project quality management organization was established,and the responsibility system and management system of the organization were improved,and the project quality management plan was formulated.The quality management guarantee system of YL project was established,and a series of quality assurance measures were proposed,including: organizational safeguard measures,technical safeguard measures,safety guarantee measures,and quality assurance measures for key processes.Finally,the quality control method and quality improvement measures of YL project are put forward,and the quality dynamic monitoring system of YL project is established.Through the dynamic monitoring system of project quality,the quality problems existing in the project are found.The quality problem analysis system is established.The quality problems existing in the process are managed in an all-round way,according to the analysis results of quality problems,a series of project quality control strategies are proposed.Thus,a quality management system with the core of finding quality problems,analyzing quality problems,and solving quality problems has been formed.On this basis,the quality of the YL project has been continuously improved,such as strengthening the control of quality problems caused by human factors,establishing an incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff.Enhance the ability of all participants to work by improving the quality of training.Establish a quality management evaluation system,evaluate the quality status of the YL project,and continuously improve the quality management system of the YL project.Through the in-depth analysis and research of this paper,the quality management system of the YL project has been improved,and the quality of the YL project has been guaranteed.At the same time,it plays a guiding role in the quality management of other engineering projects,it helps to improve the quality management and quality of engineering projects.
