As new buildings in fullaccordance with the energy conservation design standard, How to promote the energyefficiency of existing public buildings with high energy-saving building has become amatter of urgency today in the building a resources-saving and environment-friendlysociety. Therefore it is necessary for us to understand the existing public buildings inChongqing with features and effects, To evaluation the building Energy-saving reformeffect, analysis and study on building energy efficiency is one of the right direction inbuilding Energy-saving reform.In this paper, we take energy distribution of public building in Chongqing as astarting point. To analyze the current situation of energy-saving operation of existingpublic buildings in Chongqing. Based on the typical energy consumption in publicbuildings in Chongqing, this paper analyzes the typical annual energy consumptiondistribution. To detailed analysis the characteristics of typical construction inChongqing, in the Energy Consumption Monitoring System, this paper choses thetypical buildings energy in the three types of public buildings. This paper analyzes theenergy variation with seasonal variation, Working day/non-working day variation anddiurnal variation in the office building, major shopping malls, Hotels. This paper studythe building changes in operation patterns and characteristics of typical energyconsumption of public buildings. In the office building, The lighting sockets electricityChange with working/non-working day, and diurnal variation characteristics, butwithout Seasonal changes. The AC electricity changes with working/non-working day,Seasonal changes,and diurnal variation.
