Research On Shengli Supervision Company Transfer To Project Management Company

Since the opening of China to the outside world,construction supervision system developed from foreign construction engineering project management experience is becoming a kind of engineering construction management system.With the entrance of WTO and the ever-growing speed of marketing course,both the way of engineering project investment and project management changed.Supervision Companies which work only in construction phases no longer meet the needs of entire-orientation and entire-course management service.Native construction supervision company should transfer into project management company as soon as possible and find out a new way to fit the long development of supervision company in order to improve their competitive capability.As the object in this paper,internal and external advantages from Shengli Supervision Company to project management company was indicated based on the theory of schedule project supervision and project management.Then the existing transition issue was indicated and evaluation index system of project management of Shengli Supervision Company was built up.Fuzzy comprehensive model was used to evaluate the project management level.According to the evaluation result,transition model was proposed and strategic alliance pattern was chosen of Shengli Supervision Company.Meanwhile,the supporting countermeasure was proposed which provide a reference for Shengli Supervision Company which transits to project management company.
