| Engineering archives refer to various carrier materials such as text,forms,audio-visual images,drawings and so on,which are formed from the process of project proposal,project approval,survey and design,production preparation,construction,supervision,acceptance and other engineering construction and project management and should be archived and preserved.They are an important part of the management of basic construction projects.The establishment and strengthening of project archives management is the work requirement of the state and relevant departments,as well as the need of project construction management.The level of project archives management ability is an important embodiment of the enterprise project management level and can reflect the success or failure of the project to a certain extent.The improvement of the management level of engineering archives has an important role in promoting the management level of engineering projects and the operation and management ability of enterprises.On the basis of domestic and international research,this paper analyzes the source of engineering archives and the business process of engineering archives management,discusses the relevant factors affecting the management of engineering archives,and finally determines the evaluation index by using the research methods such as brainstorming method and Delphi method with the help of questionnaires,and then uses AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the definition of maturity level structure based on the established evaluation index to construct a comprehensive evaluation model of project archives management capability suitable for the needs of the company,and uses the established maturity evaluation model to evaluate the archives management work of Project Y..According to the established evaluation index,the data in the project file management are sorted out again,and the two judgment matrices are established by AHP and the index weights are determined by consistency check.Set up a comment set and give specific evaluation criteria.Invite relevant personnel of the company’s engineering archives management to form a group of experts to evaluate according to the actual situation of Y project’s engineering archives management and with reference to the evaluation criteria.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to solve the membership degree,the membership degree set is multiplied by the weight set,and then the maturity level is determined by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the first-level index and the overall target,combined with the principle of maximum membership degree.The evaluation results are comprehensively analyzed in the aspects of the first-level index weight,the second-level index weight and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results at all levels... |
