In an effort to effectively prevent the construction management problems,The State Grid requires that all the branches strengthen the project cost management.Due to the large scale,huge investment and long construction periods in power grid construction,constant efforts in the evaluation analysis of the project cost must be made to ensure the overall development.Therefore,the State Grid of BJ is actively seeking for a comprehensive and accurate evaluation analysis methods to solve the current problems,such as poor veracity and subjective judgment.Taking XPB 110 kV substation project as an example,this study analyses the management factors in the early stage of the project cost,establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system and builds a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight method.In order to get a cost control research result that agree with the field management,the study adopts literature research,expert investigation method,model method,case analysis,etc.This study is of great significance.It offers a new,objective and accurate testing means,and will help to strengthen the lean management in the overall process of the project cost as well as improve the power grid construction standardization.
