An Analysis Of The Economic Situation Of Construction Industry In Zhejiang Province And It's Development Strategy

The construction economy of Zhejiang province plays an important role in the economic development of Zhejiang province.Therefore,it is very important to study the economy of construction industry in Zhejiang province.Analyzing the problems existing in the construction industry and improving the comprehensive economic strength of the construction industry is the key to the rapid and stable development of the construction industry in Zhejiang province.In this paper,the construction industry to break the traditional model of economic analysis,using the method of factor analysis in Zhejiang province in 2010 and 2014(Hangzhou City,Ningbo City,Wenzhou City,Jiaxing City,Huzhou City,Shaoxing City,Jinhua City,Quzhou City,Zhoushan City,Taizhou City,Lishui city)a total of 11 counties(city),on each county(city)comprehensive economic indicators of construction were evaluated.According to the data of the statistical yearbook of Zhejiang construction industry,the traditional model is first used to analyze the economy of the construction industry in Zhejiang Province,and the construction industry economy in Zhejiang province is analyzed by the factor analysis method,and a suitable evaluation system of the construction industry is established.Through the calculation and analysis of the SPSS 22 mathematical statistics software,the comprehensive factor score is taken as a measure of the comprehensive economic strength of the construction industry in each district and county.Through the processing of these data are given in Hangzhou City,Ningbo City,Wenzhou City,Jiaxing City,Huzhou City,Shaoxing City,Jinhua City,Quzhou City,Zhoushan City,Taizhou City,Lishui city(a total of 11 counties in 2010 and 2014)the county(city)comprehensive construction strength ranking,common factor score ranking,classification and Two years of comparison and make a corresponding evaluation.Through the above methods,the comprehensive analysis of the economic development of the construction industry in Zhejiang province is made.We understand the overall economic situation of construction industry in Zhejiang province through the comprehensive factor score,and understand the specific economic development of construction industry in Zhejiang province through the public factor score,and understand the size of each county(city)of the construction industry in Zhejiang province through grading,and compare the situation of Zhejiang construction industry with the development of time by comparing the data score of four years.Through the above statistical analysis,the data will be compared with the actual situation,so as to obtain the effectiveness of factor analysis methods.By comparing the results of data analysis with reality,we can verify the scientificalness of the above factor analysis method.In view of the problems existing in the front factor analysis,we put forward several corresponding reasons and countermeasures so as to make the development strategies of districts and counties more explicit.
