Reseach On The Urbanization Dynamic Factor Of Zhejiang Province Under New-type Stategy

With the development of reform and opening up,China has currently entered the stage of rapid development of urbanization,and has entered the critical period of the development of transitional urbanization.As an economically prosperous province,Zhejiang Province has made marked achievement in the progress of urbanization.But it also has some problems and needs to be concerned.In recent years,Zhejiang province responds actively to the development strategy of new-type urbanization,and pays more attention to the aspect of green,health,harmony,low-carbon,happiness and sustained development.So it has important practical significance to research on the urbanization dynamic factor of Zhejiang province under new-type strategy.In this article,based on Growth Pole Theory,Industrial Structure Evaluation Theory and Dual Economic Theory,the evaluating indicator system of new-type urbanization in Zhejiang Province is established by the perspective of economic growth,industrial structure,population development,coordination of urban and rural,infrastructure & informatization construction and ecological environment protection.The system consists of 4 levels which include 32 indicators.In the system,the indicator data of Zhejiang Province between 1990~2014 is analyzed as sample in the system,and the level of new-type urbanization is measured synthetically by entropy weight method.Correlation and multiple linear regression make use of SPSS and Eviews to study driving factor of new-type urbanization.The research results show that in the process of urbanization in Zhejiang,the development stage of different driving factors are not consistent.During the period 1990~2014,the urban-rural gap is becoming larger,the ecological environment has been destroyed.The optimization of industrial structure,population growth,overall development of urban and rural development and infrastructure construction are the major driving factors of the new-type urbanization in Zhejiang province,and the role of population growth is most significant among them.Accordingly,some suggestions on the policies are proposed combined withrecent development of urbanization in Zhejiang Province.Which include balanced urban-rural development,eco-civilized city construction,development of information technology,promoting citizen of floating population and bettering infrastructure.
