Research On Information Flow In Automobile Factory Purchasing And Supply Chain Management

With the development of China’s automobile industry,the product competition is gradually evolving into the competition of procurement and the supply chains,that is,the competition of the whole ecosystem established by automobile enterprises.Procurement and supply chain management,which developed from the three basic functions of purchasing,operating and logistics,are the integrated management of product flow,information flow and fund flow.Product flow is the key of supply chain;information flow is the nerve and fund flow is the blood.Information flow derives from the flowing of information while information comes from data.The first priority of a manager is to ensure the accuracy of data and extract the appropriate information.With information and data we can control supply chain.The normal production and operation of automobile factories and the information flow in the logistics process focus on the analysis of each operation link of production logistics,reference to industrial engineering analysis and improvement methods,and at the same time compare the logistics model applied by many mainstream automobile factories,choose the optimal production logistics model.Through the research of pull system,single part planning,material demand planning and other information models in the production and logistics links,the characteristics of information flow in the normal production and logistics process and the direction and method of accurate control are analyzed.The information flow in the process of new project and part change of automobile factory is a link of information flow received and transferred by multiple departments.By drawing and analyzing the complex information flow transmission network diagram and combining the experience and lessons summarized in this link of an automobile factory,some solutions of information flow transmission between multiple departments are proposed.The research on the information flow of supplier settlement and evaluation system selects the process and conclusion of the optimization of the supplier evaluation system of an automobile factory,compares the output results of the optimization of the evaluation system,and explores a more scientific and reasonable evaluation system to help suppliers and supply chain grow continuously.Based on the above three parts of research,the "information flow cycle triangle" theory of auto plant procurement and supply chain management is put forward.Cycle triangle model of the flow of information needs accurate and stable,at the same time the new project with normalized production logistics construction of factory is the interaction between supply chain system,normalized production logistics is the process of supply chain system and evaluation system control and information feedback,and evaluation system of information flow should be with project information flow through,make the new project of new business gradually into the most suitable suppliers,thus promoting the healthy and benign development of the supply chain.
