Optimization Research On Purchasing Management Of HY Co.,Ltd

In recent years,the competition in China’s architectural decoration industry is increasingly fierce,and the industry profit is decreasing year by year.As an important part of cost control,supply chain purchase management plays an important role in reducing the cost of enterprises,so it has become an important breakthrough for many enterprises to cope with external pressure.However,for the large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the decoration industry,the supply chain procurement management of many enterprises is still at the primary level,lacking the guidance of system management ideas,facing many problems such as procurement efficiency.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the supply chain purchase management of small and medium-sized building decoration enterprises.Firstly,this thesis expounds the research background,research significance and research methods of supply chain procurement management of small and medium-sized building decoration enterprises,combs the domestic and foreign research status of supply chain procurement management,and introduces the main theoretical basis of this study in detail,such as procurement management theory and internal control theory.Secondly,taking HY Company as an example,this thesis analyzes the current situation of purchasing management and the problems existing in purchasing management,such as unreasonable purchasing organization structure,imperfect purchasing cost control system,inadequate supplier relationship management,and unsmooth information communication mechanism.Finally,based on the analysis of HY Company’s procurement management,the optimization strategy is proposed from four aspects: human resource management,procurement cost control,supplier relationship management and procurement information management.For example,in the optimization strategy of human resource management,it is proposed to refine post responsibilities,strengthen personnel training,improve salaryincentive mechanism,and strengthen internal supervision;in the optimization strategy of procurement cost control,it is proposed to improve procurement scheme,strengthen price and quantity control,improve supplier classification standards,and strengthen the performance of procurement contracts;in the optimization strategy of supplier relationship management,it is proposed to refine job responsibilities,strengthen personnel training,and strengthen internal supervision In the optimization strategy of purchasing information management,it puts forward to improve information management standards and use advanced information technology.This study hopes to provide some optimization ideas for other enterprises with similar procurement management problems.
