Research On The Method Of Urban Village Renewal Planning From The Perspective Of Organic Growth

In recent years,With the rapid expansion of cities and rapid urbanization,great changes have taken on the forms,motivations,and development approaches of China’s urban area,land resources in urban have also evoluted from incremental to stock.There are several urgent problem to be solved when we dealing with the urban village problems brought by urbanization.The topics focus on contradiction and relationship between the material and spiritual elements with historical and cultural connotations,how to preserve and exert their cultural effects,and to effectively improve the public space environment,repair the memory of the city,how to make it a more suitable method for urban development,promoting urban organic growth,instead of adopting a routinist urban village treatment method that drives urban development,and accomplish an urban symbiosis development.Based on the theory of organic growth,this thesis explores the problem of urban villages brought about by urbanization expansion.Through domestic and foreign theoretical and case studies,we can understand the latest research trends of urban villages and the status of urban practice research under the guidance of organic growth theory.Taking the Baoyun Urban village in Longquan as an example,describes in detail by means of revealing the area of historic culture and urban villages form,emphasizing the important historical significance of the place and update activation,to update the both areas in the form of double activation method research,exploration in the perspective of organic growth of urban villages in a relative system update activation research ideas and methods.The urban village is a special spatial form formed by the rapid urbanization expansion under the dual urban-rural system in China.The original urban village reconstruction model needs to be reexamined under the current new normal background.Based on the theory of organic growth and the related theories and practices at home and abroad,this thesis proposes the dynamic activation mechanism and operation model of the urban village based on the urban organic growth theory.At the same time,taking Taking the Baoyun Urban village in Longquan as an example,further growth Pointline--network space re-engineering,multi-participation implementation mechanism and other aspects of planning and management explain the method of urban village renewal and activation,aiming to provide reference and discussion for urban village renewal planning with the same historical context.
