Planning Research On The Bearing Capacity Of Village Tourism Environment Based On Scenic Spots

In January 2017,the Fifth Session of the 12th People's Congress of Zhejiang Province pointed out that it strives to build the village into an A-level scenic spot and actively promote the work of the village's scenic spots.However,in some scenic villages,the homogenization of village resources has appeared in the construction.The lack of comprehensive consideration of village resources,economy and society has led to the emergence of features such as lack of characteristics,waste of resources and ecological destruction in the villages in the scenic spots.The tourism development has had a negative impact.In order to better respond to the policy,how to better utilize resources according to local conditions is the most important problem facing village construction in scenic spots.This paper attempts to start from the tourism environmental carrying capacity theory,apply it to the planning and construction of scenic villages,and combine the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct the index system of tourism environmental carrying capacity of scenic spots.It is hoped that the comprehensive evaluation of the villages in the scenic spots will be carried out from the three carrying capacities of society,economy and environment.By analyzing the developable capacity of the three carrying capacities,the corresponding solutions will be proposed,and a series of planning and design will be carried out to enhance the development.Solve the problems faced by village construction in scenic spots in terms of environmental carrying capacity,and better build villages in scenic spots.Based on the above theories,this paper studies the villages in the scenic spots:(1)Analyze the importance of resources,economy,social carrying capacity and index weights in the evaluation system of tourism environmental carrying capacity of scenic villages,and explore the impact factors of three carrying capacity.The corresponding planning strategies were put forward:paying attention to resource protection,adhering to ecological priority,making flexible use of natural human landscape,improving village service level,perfecting village management system and tourism marketing to shape brands.(2)Through the establishment of the evaluation system model and the field investigation,the comprehensive tourism environmental carrying capacity of the village of Yonghong Village is 0.7633,which is in a weak load.The daily activities and development intensity of the village are not large,and it has great development potential and room for carrying.At the same time,Yonghong Village bearing index score:resource environmental carrying capacity>social environmental carrying capacity>economic environmental carrying capacity,and only the resource environment carrying capacity is in a state of loading.Based on the evaluation and analysis of the current resources of Yonghong Village,the theme of the project is "Flower Open Yonghong,Jingxiang Chuanjia",and plan to carry out special tourism activities such as characteristic picking.According to the weak indicators of the village resource environment and environmental carrying capacity of Yonghong Village Scenic Area,the village landscape nodes and greening projects will be upgraded;the economic environment carrying capacity will focus on the development of characteristic industries,tourism investment and tourism facilities,and the social environment carrying capacity From the village branding,the training of employees,the establishment of the village comprehensive management mechanism to focus on grasp.
