Research On The Application Of 5S Management In Power Engineering Project In A City Of Western GuangDong

Electric power construction is a very important and significant project in electric power construction.The construction management level of enterprises directly affects the construction quality and enterprise benefits.At present,there are many management problems in the operation of electric power construction projects,such as: chaotic display of on-site items,irregular control of inventory,random arrangement of personnel’s own tools and so on.5S management mode(ie: SEIRI,SEITON,SEISO,SEIKE,SHIZTUKE)as a project management mode,has been widely used in the field management of various industries.In order to achieve sustainable development of social power supply,power enterprises must improve the management level of electric power construction projects,and the introduction of 5S management mode is a useful attempt.This paper uses PDCA(Plan),Do(execution),Check(Check)and Action(Action)project management theory and 5S management mode to clarify the necessity of 5S management mode in electric power construction projects in view of the special problems in power construction of the main power grid.It combines the engineering management practice of 220 kV substation to summarize the specific application process,effect and evaluation of 5S management mode,and the continuous improvement method of PDCA project management.Based on the actual work,this paper proposes a set of electric power construction site management methods by using case analysis method.Through the analysis and research of practical application effects,this paper combines PDCA project management theory to apply 5S management mode in the construction process of electric power construction project.It uses the process of developing project management objectives,plans,and programs(P)--implementing 5S management implementation measures(D)--checking and assessing application conditions(C)--proposing corrective actions for emerging problems and developing new plans and programs(A).It institutionalizes and routinizes the preparation,rectification and cleaning work,and promotes the literacy of all participants through planned training and publicity.The combination of teamwork awareness and work enthusiasm makes the 5S management model more dynamic,and continuously improves the project management level,with good results such as safety management,quality assurance,cost saving,and accelerated construction progress.This management mode has solved many problems in the field management of construction work in the construction project of a city’s main power grid in the west of Guangdong,and achieved remarkable results,which has become a successful case of 5Smanagement mode.This has the universal guiding significance to the main network electric power construction project management.
