The construction of power grid project is a process of constantly improving and implementing power grid planning based on regional economic and social development,aiming at providing safe and reliable power supply,constantly improving power supply level,realizing service and guaranteeing people’s livelihood and promoting harmonious social development.Power grid infrastructure project is a complicated system engineering with tedious work and many departments involved.In order to ensure the smooth start of project construction,it is effectively controlled and studied by project schedule management.In order to scientifically manage the preliminary work of power grid infrastructure project,this paper,based on the schedule management theory,takes The Power grid Tianjin Electric Power Company as the research subject and finds a more appropriate management method through an example.Firstly,in view of the tasks of early stage work schedule management of power grid infrastructure project,various influencing factors of power grid infrastructure project are analyzed,and the problems existing in the existing process are put forward.An initial schedule was developed using the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)and the Critical Path Method(CPM).Secondly,according to the results of WBS work decomposition structure,considering the resource requirements of each work,the early-stage work model of power grid infrastructure Project is constructed,and the sequential heuristic algorithm is designed to solve it,and the Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM)method is used.Lock the critical path and determine the key link of implementation;Thirdly,the buffer method is adopted to strengthen the control of unstable conditions.Compared with the initial schedule obtained by the critical path method,the effectiveness of the critical chain project management method in dealing with complex projects is proved.Finally,in order to control the progress deviation of the project,the alert area with different regional identification is set up,and the critical chain project management method and PDCA cycle are adopted to organically combine the project progress plan and progress control.In this paper,the case study of the preliminary work of power grid infrastructure engineering shows that,compared with the traditional project management method,the schedule plan based on the critical chain and PDCA cycle management method has better feasibility and stability.The conclusion of this study provides reference for the future schedule management of power grid preliminary work.
