During the construction of the ship,the tension monitoring needs to be carried out.The variation of the tensile force value needs to be within the controllable range.The timely feedback of the tensile data will effectively improve the safety factor of the ship’s launching process.Traditional manual inspection methods have problems such as data feedback delay,small data reading,data recording errors,and construction cost increase,and manual inspection during construction has certain risks.This paper designs a real-time monitoring system for launching water tension based on ZigBee and NB-IoT new technology.By arranging the pull data acquisition node at the traction point,ZigBee technology is used to aggregate the pull data to the coordinator.The coordinator can use the LCD to real-time data.Display,at the same time,the pull data is transmitted to the cloud server remotely through NB-IoT.Realizing the real-time display of the pull data,the data is transmitted to the cloud server for further processing,and the construction personnel can remotely view the pull test data through the PC,thereby effectively solving various problems existing in the manual inspection and ensuring the smooth construction of the ship.In the design process of this system,the independent design mode of each module is adopted,and the overall scheme design architecture is first formulated,and then the sensor selection terminal,the main control terminal,the wireless communication module and the cloud server module are selected and designed.The system is mainly divided into two parts: hardware and software.The hardware mainly includes the ZigBee module circuit based on CC2530 chip and the NB-IoT module circuit based on BC95 chip.The software is mainly based on Z-Stack protocol stack for data acquisit ion node and coordinator group.Web program design and NB-IoT data wireless transmission program design.The work of this paper includes the following:(1)Explain the source of the topic and the significance of the research,and describe in detail the development status and application fields of ZigBee and NB-IoT technologies at home and abroad.(2)Introduce the key technical principles that need to be applied in system design,including ZigBee technology,NB-IoT and cloud platform server technolo gy.(3)The demonstration and selection of the scheme,the design scheme of the system is determined after the existing technical analysis and comparison,and the design of the Internet of Things architecture model will be adopted,through the combination of the short-distance and long-distance communication modes of ZigBee+NB-IoT.To achieve design requirements.(4)System hardware platform design: complete the hardware circuit design of the data reporting system based on CC2530 chip main control system and BC95 chip.(5)System software platform design: complete the CC2530-based networking and data transceiver program,based on NB-IoT data transceiver program and cloud platform application service design.(6)Complete the testing of the entire system and a nalyze and explain the test results.Finally,the system design is summarized,the innovation of the system and its existing and inadequacies are clarified,and the direction of the system needs to be further explained.
