| Automatic industry is one important part of modern industry system and a microcosm of the modern science & technology development.With the continuous development of automatic industry,the vehicle is becoming an indispensable important part of people live.Vehicle sunroof,as one part of vehicle component,has good lighting,ventilated and view.So it becomes one important item that the final customer will consider.As the automatic industry towards automation,intelligent and informatization,the vehicle sunroof is becoming more and more intelligent and humanity design.Regarding to this background,the vehicle sunroof safety requirement is becoming more and more important.According to this situation,to establish the industry standard in China,government takes the experience from EU and establishes the Chinese Standard(GB11552).It is a mandatory standard that all vehicle sunroofs are forced to meet this requirement,including the sunroof control and anti-pinch protection design.But,there is no speed control and close loop design in current vehicle sunroof industry.Also the anti-pinch protection design logic is very rough and not stable.Therefore,during the whole life of vehicle,sunroof has potential safety risk during the operation.According to the characteristics of the vehicle sunroof operation environment,the fuzzy control system is the suitable choice to be used in this industry because it is not dependent on the accurate mathematical model of controlled object.Use fuzzy control system to realize the vehicle sunroof operation speed control and also implement the fuzzy control strategy during the ant-pinch function protection,which can improve the vehicle sunroof safety.Here mainly revolves around how to realize the fuzzy control system.According to hardware design,software design,control algorithm design and anti-pinch function protection strategy design,the system can realize the vehicle sunroof speed control.Finally,confirm the design result according to the vehicle sunroof test. |
