With the convenience,comfort and safety requirements of the car sunroof,the control technology,especially the anti-pinch control technology of the car sunroof has been a hot research topic in the field of automotive electronics.As an important component of the car body control system,it has an important role in ventilation and photography.Although the car sunroof has brought convenience,but there are potential security risks.In foreign countries,the research on the anti-pinch control of electric window starts earlier,and its technology is mature.As a result,the anti-pinch sunroof of the top grade cars is monopolized by some large automobile parts companies.In china,research on car sunroof anti-pinch control starts late,and the technology is not mature enough,so most of the electric sunroof with anti-pinch function still need to rely on imported products.Therefore,research on the anti-pinch control system of the sunroof and localization of anti-pinch technology is a hot subject in the field of automotive electronics.First,this paper analyzes the motor current,Hall pulses,current ripples,motor torque and motor power pinch detection algorithm,and comparative the pros and cons of various pinch detection algorithm.Second,this paper takes into consideration the complex road conditions,where the transient or sustained vibrations of the car body disturbs the sunroof drive system,the characteristics of the hard drive mechanical properties of the motor as well as the hysteretic detection of the obstacle pinched state,using the grey theory advantages to deal with the uncertain disturbance system,establish of sunroof system grey model,and this paper propose the n-n’ pinch detection algorithm based on grey theory.This algorithm using the grey theory to predict and compensate the uncertain disturbance,combining with Hall speed and Hall acceleration pinch detection algorithm respective advantages in precisely detects the pinched obstacle in the inner parameters perturbation and outer disturbances,and using mechanism analysis to find out the relationship between the speed of Hall speed and the Hall acceleration to the torque of the motor.What’s more,the algorithm using linear weighted combination of Hall speed and Hall acceleration as anti-pinch threshold,so as to quickly and accurately identify the pinching state.Finally,the sunroof control system ECU and the monitor software of the sunroof are designed to provide the basic experimental platform for the algorithm.In this paper,the car sunroof experimental platform was provided by a company,using independent research and development of”sunroof monitor software" to implement algorithm simulation and application test.Simulation and application test indicates that the pinch detection algorithm not only has good response speed,but also has better anti-interference under the complicated road conditions.At the same time,the pinch detection algorithm has better robustness to the internal parameters perturbation.
