With the rapid and stable development for automobile industry and the market demand increase, sunroof as a increasing personalized product that relays on its function superiority to expand the market share rapidly. It is putting forward the higher needs for users on the comfort and agreeableness aspects. Because the sunroof man-machine system design is not like the transmission system, braking system, and fittings design that affect the vehicle security, has the possibility to harm human body safety. So we didn’t attach importance to it in our country. In addition, the sunroof started late in China, it’s still in the imitation period. By the development of sunroof in China, it would better to use the ergonomic to make flow and proposal which is based on the Chinese market demand that will provide a good chance to shape characteristic and fast development in our countryAccording to ergonomic theory, making the user, sunroof and using environment as a whole to study. Combining the man-machine system concepts and UCD design, it has integrated into the sunroof man-machine system based on user-centered design model. And finish the QUIS test from the perspective of user requirements. By analyzing the test data, getting some customers desire and using problems on design. Combine with the focus of the problem, carrying out further studies about body dimensions and characteristics, HMI, environment and matching. And then get some improved design and some constructive suggestions. Finally, using fuzzy evaluation method to establish a sunroof fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and making the sunroof fuzzy evaluation.
