With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the car gradually become the main tool for people to travel in recent years.The sunroof is one of the important parts in the car body,which is widely used in the automobile in recent years.Anti-pinch function is an important function of automobile sunroof,now the Kalman filtering algorithm is widely used in the identification of anti pinch state,but because of rounding errors and uncertainty of the statistical characteristics of noise exist,traditional Kalman filtering algorithm is faced with low filtering precision,easy divergence and other defects,on this basis,this paper proposes the information square root Kalman filtering algorithm.Due to the backwardness of electronic technology in our country,there has not been a mature technology of sunroof control,the current car sunroof widely rely on imports of foreign products.So it is an important subject for the automobile industry to make the control technology of the sunroof and improve the electronic control technology of our country.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure and function of the car sunroof,and on this basis,a detailed analysis of the operation characteristics of the sunroof,and points out that the operation process is easy to be affected by the traffic conditions,the parameters of the roof system and the fluctuation of the power supply voltage and so on,on the basis of considering the internal and external disturbance factors,the state space equation of the roof system is established.According to the characteristics of the real-time control requirements of the sunroof system,a square root Kalman filter algorithm is proposed,which can improve the accuracy and anti-interference of the anti-pinch detection.Besides,the sunroof system ECU software and hardware is design in this paper.In the part of hardware design,the selection of components,the design of the hardware circuit and the design of the hardware principle diagram and PCB drawing are introduced in detail.Secondly,we based on the hardware chip TLE9832 design of the car sunroof control software.In addition,according to the car sunroof system,In this paper,we based on the software and hardware design,using MATLAB/SIMULINK to establish the simulation model of the sunroof system.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm based on Kalman filter has better anti-interference performance.At last,the testing of ECU production and software function is completed,including the basic functions of opening and closing,over current protection and basic anti pinch function.The actual test shows that the design of the sunroof control system has a good applicability.
