Anti-pinch technology can be divided into two types, the non-contact type prevent pinch from the viewpoint of vision, but needs more cost, the contact type judge the clamped through the information of sensors, which easily cause misoperation by disturbed., The traditional anti-pinch algorithm couldn’t adapt to the environment changes, which is caused by weather, mechanical wear, power supply fluctuations and other factors, resulting in even the basic function and anti-pinch function failure. Therefore, there are still much left to be improved.LIN bus use a single signal line with one master mode, thus avoiding the bus message competition. Transmission rate is less than 20kbit/s. Users can directly add or remove slave nodes in the network, LIN bus act as an auxiliary network in the distributed electronic control system. Window nodes automatic adjust the car condition message through LIN bus, achieving more stable anti-pinch function during the bumps. According to the LIN2.2. Window control LIN bus is designed under the CANoe.LIN environment, finally the bus function is tested.Two method of anti-pinch is researched in this paper, their respective advantages and defect are analyzed. According to the mechanism of the vehicle window, the friction separation algorithm is proposed based on current and hall method, which reduce the probability of the occurrence of the error, and adapt the window to the environmental changes. An auto update method for the correction of window position and friction parameters is designed to ensure the stability of window function, and the experimental tests have achieved good results.An anti-pinch algorithm based on the acceleration of the motor is proposed, for the working features of sunroof, it was successfully transplanted to a product to be developed, the smooth and up-off closure of sunroof has been strict tested in the production line, anti-pinch threshold can be adjusted online. The range of fluctuations is within 5N, and it can be adapted to the change of the control voltage without the false operation. |
