The Realization Of Intelligent Improvement Of Low Voltage Apparatus Assembly Line

During the transformation process of China's manufacturing industry,Chinese manufacturing aimed at increasing production efficiency and lowering costs of the whole manufacturing industry.It takes the intelligent production as the core.Use automation,digital as means to promote the development of the entire manufacturing industry.In this paper,circuit breaker assembly line transformation as an example,to sort out the key technical and problems in the transformation of the traditional production line to the intelligent production line and to solve,and the key to solve several technical problems.All of these can be regard as the reference for the intelligent transformation of other traditional production line.This paper first describes the characteristics of the traditional assembly line and the challenges in the global wave,the significance of intelligent assembly line and the development of the status quo.Then around the actual circuit breaker assembly line transformation as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the management,presents the key technology and methods of the implementation of intelligent production and puts forward the solution how to implement the scheme in hardware and software.In this paper,the specific research work is: 1)Put forward the construction of data acquisition system(PDAS system)and MES system of intelligent transformation program.2)The key technology of the implementation of the system are introduced in detail,and the technology of distributed computing system is described.The APS advanced scheduling technology are described.3)The implementation process of the data acquisition system(PDAS system)and MES system are described in detail.At the end of the article,the paper compares the assembly line before and after the transformation,and points out the significance of the intelligent transformation.
