Management Research Of Rehabilitation Hospital Rapid Design And Layout

Architectural design is always regarded as a creative process.Therefore,It is difficult to find an effective design management method.Hospital as a function of complex,requiring specific types of buildings,in the design of the evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages,the aesthetic component is lighter,the proportion of economic and practical is heavier,which make it possible and convenient to find a scientific method to manage the whole process of hospital design.Meanwhile,hospital building which has a complex use crowd,there are many situations that occur frequently in the design process such as plane layout has not been confirmed until the limit of time limit,finally the president of the hospital hastily finalized,iterative modification scheme in the construction stage.So,to what extent the evaluation system for evaluating design quality is based on science and quantifiable basis,especially the process of how to come to conclusion of weight of each evaluation item will directly affect the basic principles of the whole design.Rehabilitation hospital as same as rehabilitation medicine is still in a new period of development in our country.Large scale rehabilitation hospitals which have been built are numbered.As a national policy to support the type of hospital,in recent years,a large number of rehabilitation hospitals will be built as new construction or reconstruction project.If there is no scientific way to guide the design of these fast layout rehabilitation hospital groups,it's hard to imagine how much resources will be wasted.In this paper,we try to collect the demand in the early stage of rehabilitation hospital.We try to use the agile project management approach in the process of making design task book in the conceptual stage.We try to demand designer use modulus,module and module group design method in the creation stage.We try to establish design evaluation system with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)after the design is completed.We want to use all above to introduce the management method for rapid design layout.And at last,through introducing case study of a rehabilitation hospital in Suzhou and a rehabilitation hospital in Jining to verify the rationality and effectiveness of this method.
