In coal and non-coal mines,about 30 billion tons of loose materials(coal,iron and non-ferrous metal ore)are transported through a series of belt conveyor systems each year.There are many cases of long-distance,high-speed,heavy-duty transport.While carrying all the materials,the tape with a certain tension also interacts with the transmission components such as the drum and the idler to generate periodic alternating stress and strain.Under the impact load and gravity potential energy,the tape is easily damaged in unreasonable start-stop control and the process of sudden power failure or emergency braking.Therefore,unscheduled replacement of the tape becomes a prerequisite for ensuring good condition of the belt conveyor.It can be seen that it is of great significance to study and solve the problem of tape replacement and cutting of belt conveyors.This paper introduces the general scheme of belt changing and cutting device for belt conveyor.Considering the special environment of underground mine roadway and the working mode of the system,modular step-by-step belt replacement device and wire rope core belt cutting device are established respectively by using Solidworks three-dimensional modeling software,and the belt replacement technology of underground belt conveyor is expounded.Inorder to ensure the high efficiency and stability of the step-by-step belt changer in operation,the electrical control system and hydraulic system of the belt changer are established according to the different operation conditions.According to the functional requirement and working principle of the belt cutting device,the power components,transmission components and executing components of the belt cutting device with wire rope core are designed,which laid a foundation for the follow-up dynamic simulation.After establishing the three-dimensional model of the tape cutting device,the paper analyzes and designs the linkage mechanism.The virtual prototype model of the linkage mechanism is established in the ADAMS software,and the simulation curves of each link are analyzed.Then,the HyperMesh and LS-DYNA are used to jointly simulate the actuator of the tape cutting device,and the equivalent stress and cutting force curve of the steel wire core tape during the cutting process are obtained,which verifies the rationality of the belt cutting device.This paper applies AMESim software to analyze the feasibility of the stepping belt changer hydraulic system.The AMESim software is used to build the hydraulic system model,and the parameters of the hydraulic components and the action signal are set.The simulation results of the fixed anti-running belt clamping loop,the moving clamping loop and the drawstring loop are obtained through virtual simulation and the dynamic characteristics of the loop are analyzed.For the problem of low efficiency and waste of the stepping belt loop,the hydraulic circuit of the draw belt is studied,the drawing time is shortened,and the working efficiency of the belt change device is improved.Considering that the step-by-step tape changer needs a long time to work,the reliability of its mechanical structure must be guaranteed.In ANASY Workbench,the finite element model of the stepping tape changer frame is established,and the first six modes and natural frequencies of the frame are obtained by modal simulation.After completing the processing and assembly of the belt changer,the device frame is subjected to a modal test by using the hammering method in the SIEMENS LMS.Test.Lab system,and the natural frequency of the frame is obtained.By using Siemens Signature Testing Advanced system,the vibration frequency of the belt changing device under operating conditions is collected and compared with the natural frequency to verify the rationality of the frame of the tape changer.
