The belt of belt conveyor often have frictions with driving drum,carrying idler and the coal in the process of transportation,so the belt will be abraded or damaged after a period of time,belt of belt conveyor needs to be checked and replaced from time to time in order to ensure that coal mine production needs.The present measures replacing belt have mainly artificial and mechanical measures,deficiency in artificial measures lies in laying new belt is asynchronous with winding old belt,and having a high risk;deficiency of mechanical measures is complex preparation and the replacing process not continuous,and the time replacing belt by these two measures is longer,As for the length of time directly affect the economic benefits of coal mines,so research a device drawstring,conveying,and winding belt synchronously and continuously,has extremely vital significance to safe and efficient production in coal mine.The subject is based on a large number of studies in the scene and a great many of data,the subject analyzed advantages and the insufficiency of device,it proposed needed the function rapidly replacing belt device and problems to solve,and then determined the scheme of rapidly replacing device.And based on modern design method,the subject built 3D model of device by Solidworks software,walking device plywood and frame which belong to the rapidly replacing belt system were analyzed and optimized by ANSYS finite element analysis software.Secondly,subject established virtual prototype of quickly replacing belt device in ADAMS software,and then conducted dynamic simulation to it,through the results can we see the index of replacing belt speed,acceleration and clamping force were consistent with the original design,and it provides a reference for further design.Finally,that conducted mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation for the rapidly replacing belt system through the ADAMS software and AMEsim hydraulic simulation software,motion characteristics of walking device in hydraulic drive can be obtained from the test results,it shows that flow rate,pressure and impact of hydraulic components in the walking device are in line with expectations,it further verify the correctness of the theory design and also has laid the foundation for the next industrial test.Research shows that,if the system is applied to the coal industry,heavy belt will be replaced safely,reliably,fast,and it can greatly improve the economic benefits of coal.
