Research On Emotional Expression Of New Chinese Garden Based On The Theory Of Speech,Image And Meaning

Since the New Culture Movement,the traditional Chinese cultural concept has been undermined to a certain extent under the impact of Western culture,which gives rise to the nationals to lose their cultural self-confidence,leading to the gradual transformation of traditional aesthetic values.This had a great impact on the heritage and development of the classical gardens.In the context of the development of the forty-one years of reform and opening up,China’s international voice has been continuously improved.The self-confidence of Chinese culture has been continuously enhanced,and Chinese gardens have ushered in new development opportunities.In recent years,the development and research of new Chinese gardens have attracted much attention.With the development of its research,the design of the new Chinese gardens at this stage have changed from the basic functional beauty and formal beauty expression to satisfying the emotional needs and aesthetic desires of pluralism.In order to comply with the emotional demand orientation of the new Chinese garden’s development stimulated by the development of the times,the design of the new Chinese gardens seeks to transform this kind of emotional demand from a kind of psychological cognition to a new Chinese garden emotional expression strategy for the experience.In a certain case,heritage and development are the ways to protect the Chinese classic garden and promote the new Chinese garden self-development.Emotion expression way of the New Chinese garden will be analyzed by three levels of words,images and meanings from aesthetic theory with the actual case.This paper choose it as the main research methods not only the hidden relationship between words,images and meanings in aesthetics category and Chinese classical gardens,but also the guiding role in aesthetic value at a certain period.Main contribution of this paper are the following:Chapter One:With the new opportunity and its emotional demand orientation of the Chinese garden field in social background,the paper put forward the research topic of new Chinese garden emotional expression and study relative research conditions.Chapter Two:it discusses the correlative theories both aesthetic theory,including words,images and meaning and emotion theory,and then points to two sides.First,the paper expounds profoundly the relationship of three-level emotion and aesthetics(words,images and meanings),and then,it analyzes the mapping relationships between aesthetics(words,images and meanings)and new Chinese style garden.Chapter Three:Combining existing excellent cases,the paper research the emotions generated and emotional expression in newChinese gardens,and then the author summarizes the operational approach of new Chinese garden emotional expression.Chapter Four:This paper selects the actual landscape case study of Garden Shiyu Yangshanfang District in Mushi Shanshe,Ding yuan town,as emotional expression analysis.To sum up,this paper concluded the three levels of new Chinese garden emotional expression.It mainly talks about new Chinese garden emotional expression from the foundation of “words”level to”images”level,to”meanings”level which is the realm of things and man united as one.In addition,it concluded that emotional expression is an interactive process which revealed from the interaction among creators,garden works and aesthetic subjects.Those three indispensable elements ensure the effective expression of new Chinese garden emotion.
