The competition among enterprises in the 21 st century is the mainly competition between supply chains.The key to improving the overll competitiveness of the supply chain is the synergy of the supply chain.Effective synergy can accelerate the response speed of supply chain members to the final demand,improve the overall performance of the supply chain and the performance of the node enterprise achieves a win-win situation.Supply chain collaborative management is getting more and more attention from scholars.Supply chain collaborative management not only focuses on the internal resources and competitiveness of the enterprise but also focuses on the resources and competitiveness outside the enterprise,emphasizing the integration of resources and competitiveness throughout the supply chain to enhance core competitiveness.Along with the rapid development of China's high-speed rail industry,the competitive advantage and cost control level of Qiguo's construction-manufacturing enterprises have been affected by the influence of suppliers,especially for large-scale construction and manufacturing enterprises.The management of suppliers' access,quality and price level management is becoming more and more difficult,relying only on the previous ones.Manual statistics and other means are difficult to achieve resource sharing and it is also difficult to follow up on the utilization of resources.The most critical step in the management of the procurement process by the product manufacturer is the management of the supplier.The effectiveness of this work is directly related to the cost of the product manufacturer.China Railway Construction,18 th Bureau Dubai Engineering Company is now facing the status quo of suppliers.There are more than a thousand material suppliers and the number is still growing.The number of peripheral suppliers is also large.In the context of such a procurement,suppliers are required to be able to adapt to the development speed of the China Railway 18 th Bureau of Dubai to meet their material procurement needs.At the same time,it is also required that the China Railway 18 th Bureau Dubai Company can continuously optimize its existing supplier management system.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of the supplier of the Dubai Construction Company of the 18 th Bureau of China Railway Construction Corporation and proposes to strengthen the management of the supplier in a targetedmanner.While improving the supplier management of the China Railway 18 th Bureau of Dubai,it is the other Enterprise supplier management that provides a certain reference.
