A Research On The Dynamic Capability Of Traditional Enterprises Based On The Second Entrepreneurship Theory

With the rapid development of market economy and emerging technologies,the economic market in China has witnessed unprecedented changes.In several aspects,not only opportunities but challenges are facing domestic enterprises.Under certain complex environment,traditional enterprises are supposed to take actions in transformation.For traditional enterprises,the alteration of organizational capacity and structure should be based on the development needs and environment changes and pressure from market,system and other respects are waiting to be settled.Faced with the multiple difficulties,traditional enterprises shall take the initiative to improve the present development to achieve the goal of secondary entrepreneurship by means of dynamic capacity.Taking HX construction co.,ltd.of a city in Sichuan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the process and results of the company's second entrepreneurship from the perspective of entrepreneurship theory.This research systematically analyzes how to make great use of its dynamic capabilities to realize its own transformation,maintaining a positive and healthy sustainable survival and development under the constraints.This study not only enriches relevant theories such as dynamic capability,but also provides reference value and trigger point for similar industries and enterprises.
