Study Of Risk Management Of A Project In Aviation Equipment Development

Aviation equipment developing has more systematic complexity than any other industries because it refers to multiple disciplines and multiple industries.Therefore,the projects of aviation equipment development have both highly technical and hi-risk,and they are good samples for research of Project Management.Aviation industry is one of the industries earlier to introduce both of Project Management and Risk Management in China.On account of under constriction of national security reason,we have nothing much case study/research of Project Risk Management for aviation equipment development project almost.Chengdu Aircraft Corporation accepted PLA requirement and took a mission to develop a technical verification aircraft and to test performance about something in 2016.And the team visa innovation for Project Management and involves technology problems fulfils the task in short time successfully.It provides a case of worth study for Chinese Project Management and Chinese aviation equipment Project Management that the success of the project.The thesis reviews theory and method about management,analyses the characteristic of aviation equipment development project,introduces and discusses the method and deficiency in GJB 5852-2006.Introduces the risk management system which be constructed in the case,summaries the experiences and discusses advantages and disadvantages in the case.At the end of the thesis introduces the method how to use Monte Carlo in aviation equipment project and offers a imagine to improve the method.I believe all of the works will provide a reference for Project Management theory research and congener practice.
