Whether engaged in prevention, industrial engineering, finance and investment, risk management is not just a technical level, it is a problem management strategy and respect. Through systematic analysis, risk managers can better understand their current and potential problems, as well as the use of more effective methods to deal with risk issues. Risk management procedures can be divided into risk identification, risk analysis and the three stages of assessment, risk management and other treatment. Industrial pipeline construction affects a country's economic lifeline. In the industrial pipeline construction projects, many factors make the project faced the situation more complicated, because in such a project to quantify the risk, the factors affecting the degree will grow exponentially when the risk occurs. Therefore, the thesis must carry out appropriate risk classification technique based on risk factors, organizational, political, natural ecology, safety and the environment. In order to make a more streamlined approach to risk management model to project risk analysis and management of industrial pipelines. In the proposed risk management model, the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to identify the key risks. In practice, project risk analysis, various risk factors that people encounter is unlikely to be repeated, it is impossible to make an accurate analysis, the objective is more difficult to calculate the probability of the risk occurring, cannot determine the impact on the cost of risk size. So, the thesis can take the initiative by the risk management decision-makers and experts in related fields appear on the probability of certain risk factors to estimate calculations and Monte Carlo simulation method to estimate the probability distribution to minimize the risk of hair growth.
