The aircraft cable network is an important guarantee for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the aircraft.At present,China's aircraft cable network conduction and insulation performance testing still uses manual manual means to detect,not only long cycle,low efficiency,there are still many uncertain human factors,improve the possibility of faults and hidden dangers,affecting Aircraft quality and flight safety.Carry out research on aircraft cable network conduction and insulation automatic detection technology,and independently develop an advanced aircraft cable conduction and insulation automatic detection system to realize fast,efficient and complete detection of electrical characteristics such as aircraft cable network conduction and insulation.It has become one of the most important tasks for the development of aircraft in China.Based on the specific technical requirements and functional requirements of aircraft cable conduction and insulation electrical characteristics testing,this paper independently develops and develops a more advanced aircraft cable network through four stages: overall scheme design,hardware design,software design and system commissioning.Conduction and insulation automatic detection system to meet the automatic test requirements for aircraft cable insulation performance.The detection system consists of hardware and software such as control host,tester,adapter cable and test software.The control host and the tester are connected by CAN bus.The tester and the cable to be tested are connected with the cable to be tested.The matching adapter cable is connected.The internal control unit of the tester uses DSP combined with high-precision op amp to realize high-speed and high-precision sampling of the tester.The channel switching unit uses FPGA(Field Programmable Logic Gate)to realize high-speed switching of channels,excitation source.Program control,wide adjustment range and good control accuracy.The control host transmits control commands through the bus to control the tester to automatically test the electrical characteristics of the aircraft cable such as conduction and insulation.The core hardware of the detection system adopts modular design,high flexibility and convenient maintenance.The test software fully considers the user's actual needs and habits,the interface is friendly,the function is perfect,and the development direction of modularization and flexibility is met.The system achieves the goals of cable network continuity test,insulation test fast,efficient and complete.Through the research of this project,not only can the automatic test efficiency of aircraft cable network conduction and insulation electrical characteristics be improved,the detection period can be shortened,the accuracy and integrity of electrical function detection can be improved,the stability and reliability of aircraft cable network can be improved,and the aircraft system can be protected.The safe and reliable operation of the equipment can also help to change the manual and original state of aircraft cable detection in China,and achieve both efficiency and quality improvement.
