Aviation Cable Automatic Detection System

For domestic aviation cable detection, most of the aviation manufacturing enterprises still continue to use manual detection, a small number of domestic aviation enterprise using automatic test equipment but low resolution, foreign problems such as automatic testing equipment is expensive, we decided to develop aviation cable automatic detection system.This system tests cable more efficiently, reliably, saving manpower, reducing the man made mistake, avoiding wrong connection etc. It can test cable intelligently and repair the broken cable fast.This system can test all cables of 128 type plug without socket switch modules, besides, it can test all cables with the socket switch module.This system can do self examination, zero clearing, calibration and can work as cable library. When tested cable is not added in the library, you can choose fully automatic testing. The machine'll check all connection between one point and all the others related. When the tested cable is added already, you can choose quick testing, the machine ‘ll check the exact pin with point to point measurement according to requirement of the cable data in library.In order to prevent from measurement error by resistance inside, the system measures each pin on front panel, then record in inner resistance database, this data'd be removed automatically during testing cable later. You can do calibration and update regularly. We set up cable library for you not to repeat the operation when same item cables are tested again, which increases the test efficiency, you can add, update, revise or delete the cable data by yourself.This system in the aspect of hardware adopts high-precision multimeter boards, the relay matrix card to achieve function.Relay matrix controls multi-core cable to realize automatic testing. The software is programmed with NI CVI9.0.Compared with the manmade, the aviation cable test system can save half of man power, 9/10 time in the fast test module. Full automatic test can save 15% time. In the mean time, increasing the accuracy, showing resistance data and positioning the problem constantly, it's much more efficient for any enterprise.
