Abstract/Summary:
The automatic detection technology of the whole machine cable,which can avoid the problems such as wrong detection and missing detection caused by manual detection and ensure the safety of the power grid on the aircraft,is an important way to improve the production efficiency and product quality of aircraft.This paper was on the background of an aircraft cable automatic detection project,which aimed to improve the accuracy,comprehensiveness,safety and convenience of the detection.Based on the two-wire method and four wire method test principle,the engineering application research was carried out by integrating LRU,transfer cable,intelligent terminal and other test tooling.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the characteristics of cable detection technology were analyzed.The development status of automatic cable detection technology both at home and abroad was described.Compared with the traditional manual detection technology,the automatic cable detection of the whole aircraft in the general assembly stage exhibited significant advantages in the test efficiency and accuracy.Secondly,according to the requirements of the whole machine cable testing,the working principles of conduction,insulation and withstand voltage testing were described in detail.Moreover,the structure,composition and layout of the whole machine cable distributed testing system were also designed.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the series and parallel electronic circuits in various test states of intelligent terminal module are analyzed,and the intelligent terminal module based on parallel relationship is finally determined and designed,and the detailed structure and manufacturing scheme are designed.Fourthly,the intelligent storage system of cable testing equipment was designed.Here,RFID technology was used by the system to locate and identify the test equipment in the storage cabinet,which can realize the intelligent storage and management of process LRU,terminal module and transfer cable.Finally,the designed system was successfully applied to the whole machine cable test in the general assembly stage of a certain aircraft to complete the test tasks of cable continuity,insulation,impedance measurement,etc..The expert system was used to analyze the test results to quickly find fault.
