The civil aircraft avionics include power systems,hydraulic systems,fuel systems,air conditioning systems,electrical systems,navigation systems,and other airborne systems.The cable network of large capacity plane has complicated structure,such as numerous points,dispersed junctions,complex conduction relations.This has put forward a very high request to the aircraft cable test equipment.In order to achieve the goal of automatic test for aircraft cable,this thesis conducts the conducting/insulating test model based on the principle of conduction and insulating test.Secondly on account of the characteristics of easy to control,customer application layer of CAN bus,this thesis conducts a study from aspects of CAN bus protocol,carry out system architecture design and software and hardware design according to the audit objectives,achieve the automatic conduction test and insulation test of aircraft electric cable."Eliminate Resistance" software algorithm have been developed in the PC test software,in order to eliminate the resistance introduced by test system,improve the accuracy of the test results.The intelligent test of the tested cable is realized by means of the intelligent recognition database designing.The integration test is carried out on the system to verify the performance of the designed system which is consistent with the requirements.The cable automatic test system based on CAN bus developed in this thesis can realize the conduction and insulation test of aircraft cable,which could meet the requirements of fast and non destructive testing of the cable.The development and verification of the system can be used as the basis for further improving the accuracy and positioning of the cable testing.
