Due to the restrictions of precision,difficulty and complexity of construction,shipbuilding schedule of special ships and large vessels greatly restricted the market competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry.In addition to enhancing the technological level of China's shipbuilding enterprises,schedule control is an important part of ship construction enterprises management.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction program to improve outfitting and commissioning phase of the production of construction and progress of the shipbuilding enterprise control level,according to the shipbuilding construction involved in the design stage,the stage of processing,sub-production stage berth close phase,underwater commissioning phase,trials and cross-the boat stage of ship construction schedule control problems in-depth study of the system.On the basis,the detailed description of the luffing crane ship of 3,200 tons of arms frame construction process.Difficulty faced in the luffing crane ship construction process 3,200 tons of arms frame hull assembly welding together and high accuracy requirements,cargo area outfitting and construction of a large amount of cabin space,equipment,piping layout difficulties and other characteristics,summed up the luffing crane ship of 3,200 tons of arms frame construction progress factors,including reliability,technical factors such as the level of production organization and management,staff factors,equipment,set-management level,emergency response mechanism and the level of information shipyard internal factors,as well as ship owners and classification societies,suppliers,natural factors and social factors such as the shipyard external factors.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,combining with the shipbuilding site in the engineering practice and expert opinion,the weight of each index is determined by expert evaluation,and the total ranking is made by the index weight.According to the total Sort calculation results to determine the factors that affect the progress of the shipbuilding,including staff factors set management level,the integrity of the production in sub-supplier management,production technology readiness,the degree of precision control,pre-outfitting the integrity of the,thereliability of the equipment,ship owners and classification societies,sections / total group range.The prior-management risks can be solved by key link project management thinking to help the shipyard to solve the problems existing in the production process,and to ensure the security,viability and stability of the ship construction period.
