Built along the river and the city enjoys convenient to urban commercial development of large rivers at the same time, also contributed to the cross-strait urban distribution is unbalanced, the construction of the river-crossing channels become urban traffic construction in the inevitable. The construction of NanJing tunnel is in the construction of shield tunneling, the completion of shield tunneling and internal structure construction directly affects the operation of the whole NanJing tunnel project. At present, our country about the river-crossing tunnel project construction management, especially of shield tunnel construction schedule management research is not perfect, this article in river-crossing tunnel project of shield tunnel construction schedule management of applied research, the research result of the form will project management and investment analysis of the river-crossing tunnel project have important guiding significance.Nanjing wei-san road river-crossing tunnel project and structure of shield tunnel construction by using the theory of project management and schedule control method, such as gantt chart work task decomposition, the use of network planning chart to determine the pipeline route, using forced compression and adjust relations to improve the schedule control, using computer to reasonable allocation of resources and coordination,P6 software progress deviation and depending on the need to eliminate, proved that the milestone schedule management effect and so on.Make use of computer software and network plan to quickly carry out the comparison analysis of actual progress and progress plan, and make reasonable allocation and progress adjustment as one of the highlights of this project's progress control.
