Study On Landscape Spatial Quality Evaluation Of Brownfield Regeneration In Shanghai

With the arrival of the post-industrial era and the development of urbanization,the economic development of the city began to transform.First,the secondary industry gradually moved outward and replaced it with temporary abandonment.The move has left a great deal of Brownfield behind in the once brilliant city.Faced with the problem of urban renewal,people are no longer rude as they used to be,and began to consciously retain old buildings,old factories and other old urban sites.In Shanghai,a large number of central cities have been transformed into cultural and creative parks,the quality of the space is mixed,and some of the better cultural and creative parks have gradually begun to decline.This has forced us to reflect on the city brown.Is there a bottleneck in the regeneration of the land? Is there a problem with the space quality of the regenerated Brownfield?With "Shanghai Brownfield regeneration landscape space quality?" The author tries to establish an accurate and suitable evaluation system for the landscape quality of the regenerated Brownfield in Shanghai,which is of great significance to the protection,regeneration and development planning of the Brownfield in Shanghai.This paper consists of seven chapters,the first chapter as an introduction,focusing on the research background,research purpose and significance,research object and content,as well as literature review and research framework.Literature review focuses on Brownfield regeneration theory and landscape environment assessment theory,and introduces the current research situation at home and abroad.The second chapter is the general situation of the environment of reclaimed Brownfield in Shanghai,and introduces the generating environment,the present situation of space and the evaluation demand of the reclaimed Brownfield in Shanghai.In the third chapter,through the literature research on landscape environment evaluation theory,regeneration Brownfield theory and so on,and combining with the current landscape environment evaluation theory system,the evaluation index is selected for the evaluation system.Factor.In the fourth chapter,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adjusted to simplify it,which can reduce the difficulty and expand the coverage of research while ensuring the quality of research.The spatial quality evaluation system of reclaimed Brownfield landscape in Shanghai was constructed by means ofthe analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to adjust the deformation.In the fifth chapter,the established system is applied in 6 field cases of reclaimed Brownfield in Shanghai to carry on the empirical evaluation research.Based on the analysis of the evaluation results of the influencing factors of the site,the advantages and disadvantages of each site are analyzed in the light of the current situation of the Brownfield,and the design principles and development strategies are put forward for the problems reflected.Finally,the evaluation system is summarized in order to study the evaluation system in the future.It is possible to put forward substantive suggestions in the establishment and perfection of the theory.This paper hopes to provide a factual basis for the landscape development of reclaimed Brownfield in Shanghai,and to provide a useful reference for the establishment of the evaluation system.
