Suitability Evaluation Of Industrial Brownfield Landscape Regeneration

With the awakening of people’s ecological consciousness,the industrial development of cities has been restricted and transformed,and the industrial structure has been drastically adjusted.A large number of factories and enterprises have been relocated and transformed,leaving a large number of polluted,idle or abandoned brownfield sites in the city.In recent years,the destruction of ecological environment coupled with the shortage of land resources,these problems gradually become the focus of human settlements in various countries.However,on the one hand,the industrial brownfield generated in the city causes serious damage to the ecological environment and human health,on the other hand,it greatly occupies the urban land space,but there are many factors involved and the regeneration practice process is complicated.At the same time,Chengdu is in the hot practice of building national park urban demonstration area.Combined with the process of urban renewal,industrial brownfield,as a precious stock space in the city,needs to be repaired and reused more urgently.In this article,through analysis of industrial brownfields regeneration by all kinds of restriction and promotion condition in the process of exploring industrial utilization direction of brownfields regeneration type,put forward six industrial brownfield landscape regeneration goals,and based on this proposed industrial brownfield regeneration landscape suitability evaluation indexes,according to the different characteristics of the six types of regeneration to complete the construction of evaluation index system.Through the simulation evaluation of six industrial brownfield sites in Chengdu,the appropriate regeneration directions are obtained,and the empirical research is completed.Based on the research on landscape regeneration of industrial brownfield,the requirements and reality of Chengdu park city construction are combined.Based on policy literature research and field research experience,this paper proposes guidelines for regeneration of industrial brownfield under the background of Park city in Chengdu,and puts forward design guidelines for various regeneration types of industrial brownfield.It is expected to be a reference for the reconstruction and regeneration practice of industrial brownfield,a special object,in the construction of Chengdu Park City.
