Research On The Operational Efficiency Of The New Third Board Automobile Parts Enterprises

As one of the important pillar industries of Chinese national economy,the automobile industry is of great significance to the development of national economy and the expansion of employment.With the rapid development of the automobile industry,Chinese automobile parts industry has made rapid progress.At the same time,a relatively complete supply system of parts can provide strong support for the development of automobile industry.At present,Chinese automobile parts enterprises show a large number of small scale,low operational efficiency,and so on.The development of Chinese automobile parts enterprises lag behind the whole vehicle enterprises,which hinders the overall upgrading of Chinese automobile industry.As the basis of enterprise competition,operational efficiency is the foundation of sustaining the long-term economic vitality for enterprises.Considering the rapid development of the New Third Board market in recent years,this thesis selects the new third board market automobile parts enterprises as the research object,measures its operational efficiency value,and analyzes the influencing factors of operational efficiency.It is of great practical significance to discuss how to improve operational efficiency of enterprises so as to push the enterprise forward.Combining the research on the operational efficiency of enterprises and its influencing factors and the application of the DEA model,the thesis focuses on the operational efficiency of the New Third Board automobile parts enterprises.Firstly,according to some research of the capital market,the industrial market and the theory of efficiency,the thesis defines the concept of the new third board market,automobile parts enterprise,operational efficiency and the influencing factors of operational efficiency,which lay a comprehensive theoretical foundation for the whole thesis.Then,the thesis selects 56 automobile parts enterprises from the new third board market as the object,and takes the index of input and output to evaluate the operational efficiency,and uses the DEA model to measure and analyze its efficiency value from 2014 to 2016.The thesis puts forward the hypothesis based on the analysis of the influence factors of the operational efficiency,taking the operational efficiency value of the sample enterprise in 2016 as the dependent variable,the influencing factors were selected as the independent variables and the Tobit model was used for regression analysis.Analysis results show that: The overall operational efficiency of the sample enterprises is generally good;The operational efficiency of sample enterprises before listing is generally higher than that after listing;Most of the enterprises’ technical inefficiency mainly lie in the relatively low efficiency of pure technology,the enterprise’s scale efficiency is sound but facing the downward trend,and the overall return to scale is decreasing;The company’s human capital return,asset-liability ratio,total asset turnover and the ratio of profits to cost and enpense all have a significant positive effect on the operational efficiency of the enterprise;The scale of enterprise has positive relationship with its operational efficiency,but its influence is not significant.Finally,based on the empirical results and the actual situation,the thesis puts forward the countermeasures of improving the operational efficiency of the new third board automobile parts enterprises from different aspects,such as management level,technology innovation,clustering development and market dynamics,which has a strong reference meaning for the development of the new third board market automobile parts enterprises in China.
