Research On Risk Management Of Fuchunjiang Road Vehicle LNG Project

LNG(liquefied natural gas for vehicle liquefied natural gas)gas project is to the filling of liquefied natural gas filling station project,LNG and gasoline and diesel has greater advantages in price,environmental protection,from all levels of governments welcome,the relevant departments will also be included in the new energy field of automobile LNG.In recent years,vehicle LNG gas filling project has been developing rapidly,and there have been many risk accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to identify,evaluate and control the risks in all stages,so as to provide a guarantee for accelerating the development of LNG projects.In this paper,the risk management of various stages of fuchunjiang road vehicle LNG project is taken as the research object.Through the necessity analysis of risk management in all stages of the project,the risk management of LNG project for vehicle was studied by applying relevant theories and methods of project risk management.Based on the project risk management theory,this paper,combined with the example of fuchunjiang road vehicle LNG project,sorted out the risk factors of vehicle LNG project at all stages.Of LNG in different stages of the project and risk factors of LPG stations the use of the main equipment were analyzed,and the identification of LNG stations in decision-making risk factors in the process of preparation,implementation and operation,puts forward the risk management strategy for LNG project and establish risk management system,with reasonable avoid vehicular LNG project risks.The risk management strategy of vehicle LNG project and the establishment of risk management system are put forward to avoid the risk of car LNG project.From the perspective of project construction cycle,the risk characteristics are analyzed,and then the risk factors,risk assessment steps and risk coping strategies of each stage of project construction are studied in order to provide references for risk management practice of vehicle LNG gas filling projects.The the Fuchun River bus carries on the empirical research of LNG filling in different stages of the project risk identification,evaluation and countermeasures,conducive to the smooth implementation of the project and the promotion in the similar projects,for the future implementation of similar project risk management provides valuable experience and basis.
