Research On The Progress Management Of The First Phase Of Stack Automation Project In Huanghua Port

Automation projects are increasingly diversified,technology is becoming more difficult,there are more and more uncertainties affecting the implementation of automation projects,and project management is becoming more and more difficult.In order to ensure the return on capital of enterprises,it is increasingly important to implement project schedule management.shenghua Huanghua Port Company is the largest clean and green coal port in China.This article focuses on the project progress Management research of Huanghua Port Company's first phase smart yard automation reconstruction project,and compares the key path method and key chain method technology.The key chain technology is used to optimize the schedule of the project of the automatic transformation of the yard,and the project schedule plan and schedule control measures under various constraints are worked out,so as to shorten the project duration and reduce the project management cost.In this paper,the progress management of the automatic transformation project of the yard is analyzed by means of literature analysis method and experience summary method.Firstly,the background and practical significance of project schedule management are introduced,which leads to the research ideas and the main structure of the paper.Secondly,this paper expounds the theoretical knowledge of project management and project progress management,introduces the steps of project progress management plan preparation,and compares the two methods of project progress plan: key path method and key chain.Recognize the great advantages of critical chain technology in the process of scheduling.Then,through the research on the status of the progress management of the yard automation renovation project,the structure of the yard automation renovation project is decomposed,the project matrix is completed,and the progress plan of the yard automation project is compiled using the key chain technology.Finally,through the analysis of the factors affecting the project schedule,using the project management theory to put forward the project schedule control specificoptimization measures and safeguards.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it can be used as a guide and reference for the research of the progress management and the actual implementation of the project.
