Research On Improvement Of DSIC Ship Design Management

In recent years,with the spread and deepening of the financial crisis,the order volume of the whole Chinese shipbuilding industry has been greatly reduced.Nowadays,DSIC is facing enormous profit pressure and survival pressure.DSIC has to think deeply about how to improve shipbuilding efficiency and maximize profits.For DSIC,design is the key to ensure the overall construction of the ship.Therefore,in order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition,it is necessary for DSIC to strengthen the management of ship design,so as to achieve the goal of “reducing coasts and increasing efficiency”.Based on the theory of ship design and management,combined with the actual situation of DSIC's ship design and management,the thesis puts puts forward improvement measures and safeguards for the improvement of DSIC's ship design and management by combining theoty with practice.Firstly,the thesis introduces the general situation of DSIC,analyzes the present situation and problems of DSIC's ship design and management.Secondly,aiming at the existing problems of DSIC,the thesis analyzes the ship design plan management,ship design quality management and ship product data management respectively.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth completion of the design and management improvement of DSIC,the thesis puts forward safeguard measures of ship design and management improvement from four aspects:enhancing the subjective initiative,making good human resources management,making good design preparation and increasing the input of data management.The thesis not only applies to the ship design management improvement scheme of DSIC,but also has practical significance to reduce design cost and improve design efficienty of DSIC.
