Analysis Of Impact Factors Of Shipbuilding Actual Working Hours Based On Association Rules

At present,the phenomenon of overtime work in the production process of China’s shipyards is still widespread,especially the problem of over-exburration of outsourcing workers is particularly serious.At present,a large number of shipyards’ businesses are completed by means of outsourcing,which results in low execution capacity of shipyards’ dispatched production,resulting in delayed delivery,which ultimately leads to relatively high shipbuilding costs.The problem of excess working hours is due to the inaccuracy of the fixed working hours of the shipyard’s production tasks,and on the other hand by the employees in the manufacturing process.With the continuous deepening of production site management information and intelligent applications,shipbuilding enterprises have accumulated a large number of production process data,in which there are likely to be factors affecting the actual work hours,but these data are only counted in the database.But,it is not used.Based on this research,we analyze the process data to find out the factors that affect the actual working hours in the production process.Therefore,this paper takes the factors affecting the actual working hours as the research object,and analyzes the factors affecting the actual working hours in the production process from the perspective of big data.Firstly,it analyzes the dispatching process of shipbuilding and production,sorts out the possible factors affecting the actual working hours of shipbuilding,and selects ten factors from the combing factors through the expert questionnaire survey and industry experience knowledge for the purpose of this paper.Secondly,according to the characteristics of discrete data of ship manufacturing production dispatching data,the Apriori algorithm in association rules is used to construct a data mining model based on the above ten factors.Then select a shipbuilding enterprise to collect 3180447 relevant actual work hours data as a sample for excavation research,firstly pre-treating the sample,based on the direct factors that affect the working hours and the inability to quantify factors such as tool preparation and material preparation.A total of 960,438 pieces of data were cleaned out,and a total of 371,895 pieces of data were selected from the principle that the actual working hours exceeded 20% of the fixed working hours.Finally,115,628 pieces of data were selected from the three types of welding,assembly and painting.Sample object.On this basis,the data mining software clementine is used to find out the potential factors affecting the actual working hours and the relationship between the influencing factors.Finally,the results of the mining are explained and corresponding suggestions are put forward.Through the research and analysis of the data,this paper finds out the factors that affect the potential of the actual working hours,and unearths the relationship between the hidden influencing factors.The research results of the paper improve the production efficiency,reduce the manufacturing cost,and have certain reference value for reasonable establishment of fixed working hours.
