| Driven by technology and market development,the manufacturers pay more and more attention to new product research and development projects.As a result,there are more and more problems in R&D project management.On the one hand,due to the inherent uncertainty characteristics of R&D projects,it is difficult to plan the schedule and the project has a high rate of delay.On the other hand,the new products R&D projects are time-sensitivity.The sooner it is to enter the market,the easier it will be to occupy a larger market share and even monopolize the entire market.So,it is necessary to reduce the delay of research and development projects and improve the time management of projects.Through the analysis we can see that to develop the project plan based on subjective experience,lacking scientific historical data is an important reason for the project delay.Therefore,the enterprises should establish the idea of quantifying working hours data,through the analysis of working hours consumption,exploring the laws of historical working hours data,to set the standard time of each stage of the whole project.Then,this information can be used to predict and analyze the working hours for a specific project.It is also helpful for improving the accuracy of the project schedule and project time management.Based on the idea of standard working hours in traditional manufacturing sector and the characteristics of R&D projects,this paper studied hours measurement and data collection methods of R&D project,put forward the development methods of standard time in all stages and proposed to achieve data collection through structured logbook.In addition,this paper studied the application of working hours data,provided a scientific basis for the progress control and plan making for the companies.Finally,based on the software development technology,this paper designed a time data management system for R&D enterprises in order to achieve the collection and application of working hours.The remainder of this paper is organized as follows:In section 1 and section 2,based on the background,this paper analyzed the research status,put forward the research significance of this topic,clarifies the main research content and technical route.These works discussed the related methods and theories of the subject and lay the foundation for the later research.In section 3,this paper analyzed the basic project flow of R&D projects,and analyzed the working hours consumption structure based on the characteristics of R&D projects and the working hours in each stage.Then,this paper put forward the overall goals and design principles of the system,explained the overall logic,and builds the basic architecture according to these features.In section 4,R&D project time data metrics,standard time measurement method in each stages and the data collection items are designed,on the basis of the design of the collection of working hours data.Combined with the workday realistic method,the structured work log was designed to realize the data collection.In section 5,the specific application of working hours data in project estimation and performance appraisal was discussed.In section 6,the R&D project time management system is designed relying on software technology,including the overall operation flow design,the overall functional model design,the detailed design of the three modules and partial design of interface.Finally,this paper summarized the research results of the project,analyzed the deficiencies,and proposed potential future research content and research direction. |
