Due to the large number of components,large difference in structure size and complex internal logical relationship in the segmented production process of ships,the overall level of on-site production management is far lower than that of the machinery industry such as automobile and aircraft manufacturing.With the development of digital shipbuilding concept,new changes have taken place in the design,production and management mode of ships,and ship enterprises have ushered in new challenges.In the trend of digital shipbuilding,the lack of equipment,site,labor and other resource allocation to support the promotion of ship production management mode will be covered by the type of equipment,site area,environmental requirements,type of work distribution,technology and other production configuration of modern ship production management mode will be replaced.In the production process of shipbuilding ' shell,outfitting,coating ',the hull construction is mainly divided into two parts : segment manufacturing and platform carrying.According to the research of the cutting process and welding process of ship segment construction,this paper combs the flow direction of the transition products in the whole process from the end of raw material pretreatment to the completion of hull segment construction assembly welding,and finally defines the process operation set of transition products in the cutting process and segment structure assembly welding operation process.In the research process,through the analysis of the equipment types,site area,environmental requirements,work type distribution,manpower quantity,drawing data,technology,quality standards,precision control,management difficulty,workpiece shape,workload size,consumables category,quantity calculation standard and other production materials in the two processes in the production case,the constraints of personnel and equipment in the process operation set are defined as the constraints of each process operation task package in the execution set,and the transition product hierarchy model,process working hours model and key path model are constructed.Due to the multi-combination and multi-rule loading and welding operation time optimization problem of all cutting process transition products is a kind of optimization problem with the minimum construction period as the objective function.Finally,the adaptive genetic algorithm with simulated annealing is used to optimize the problem model of the objective function of the loading and welding operation process,so as to minimize the working time of the loading and welding operation process,and the algorithm is used as the support of the construction of the ship production management system.Finally,the constructed adaptive genetic algorithm combined with simulated annealing is used to calculate the working hours of the segmented welding operation of a 200,000-ton bulk carrier in a shipyard.The calculation results are compared with the actual production data of the shipyard to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.
