| With the development of world economic,globalization and market integration,the entire cycle consisting of investment,production,procurement,sales,after-sale service,research and development and other major links in the automobile production process show a trend of global integration.As the market competition is becoming more and more intense,major vehicle manufacturers have been reforming the supply system,implementing global production and procurement strategies,and finally leading to the separation of part manufacturing from the whole vehicle manufacturing as an independent market.The separation of automobile manufacturers and automobile part suppliers has improved the degree of specialization of each other,and automobile parts suppliers have become more and more involved in the development and production of vehicles,which has also put forward new requirements for the suppliers.Suppliers need to evaluate and select various development strategies,plan and implement strategies according to their own characteristics to meet the challenges brought by changes in the external environment.This paper adopts the case study method and chooses a high-tech enterprise Dalian A Co.,Ltd,which is specialized in the planning,design,manufacturing and system integration of automobile white body as the research subject.It describes the development process and operation status of the company,its external environment and industrial environment,as well as its internal resource.Based on strategic management theory,the choice of strategies for Dalian A Co.,Ltd was analyzed in four aspects including strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats through PEST and SWOT analysis,and was reviewed under SWOT matrix.The recommended strategy for Company A is to use its experience in industry and research,and to develop with the aid of the information technology and intelligent manufacturing,in order to build its differentiation brand products;To seize opportunities in the new energy automobile market at the same time,to effectively response to customers’ demand,and to establish the supply chain rapid response system,in order to gradually promote the new energy car white body products and all-round customer service plan,production and sales;Finally,detailed strategic measures were also provided including the internal control system,production operations,human resources,technological innovation. |
