Shipbuilding is one of pillar industries for a country.With the rapid development ofeconomy,Chinese shipbuilding industry of the world shipbuilding market share raise obviously.As a shipbuilding big country,since 2010,three indicators,the number of completely vessels,new orders and handheld orders,of Chinese shipbuilding industry are firmly in the forefront of the world in recently years.However,Chinese shipbuilding industry is large and weak,and there is still a big gap between China and other advanced countries such as Korea and Japan.Most shipyards in China are still in the stage of transition from channel manufacturing mode to integrated manufacturing mode.Combined with production planning system,man-hour management situation and the application of CIMS system in D shipyard,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the current production management system of D shipyard: firstly,mid-schedule planning can't effectively guide production,departmental plan and company plan derailment.Secondly,so many employees make the production efficiency too low and the transformation of D shipyard production mode is very difficulty?In view of the above two problems,the following improvement measures are proposed:Comprehensively promote monorail operation of the CIMS system.First of all,the company should clear and definite about the only principle of planned management system is the junior plan is subordinate to the superior plan.Second,balance the mid-schedule based on CIMS and solve the defects of mid-schedule plan.Promote the man hour management and the piece-rate system.Summarize the four key point based on the selected unit's applying and experiences.Apply piecework and man-hour management to CIMS finally.Increase productivity by promoting the piece-rate system.On the basis of the above two points,promoting the piece rate system and the man-hour management,using get more pay for more way,improving worker's Enthusiasm for production and sense of responsibility of the master,improve production efficiency and construction quality in the end.At the end of the paper,propose some specific measures and methods to the issues discussed above including design department ?production department and administrative department.It is hoped that the improvement measures proposed in this paper can solve the existing problems of D shipyard.At the same time,I believe that the methods and measures put forward by the paper can also be used for reference to the other shipyards in China.
